Gels Choice

More About GELSs.

Career guidance program based on US Model.
First time in India, a unique program on career exploration, and career awareness building for children from class 1 to class 12.
The program is developed by qualified and experienced management consultant with years of experience in industries and expertise in child psychology.
The program works on career exploration activities, right from the initial years of primary school to make the child aware of the world of I, education, work, and environment.
The program then moves on to understanding oneself, their values, attitudes, skills, aptitudes, ambitions, etc, in the growing years of secondary sections.
The program merges these two activities in the turbulent times of senior secondary school, to give the children a better focus on what they want to do in their life.
The classes are conducted in the school, and by the school teachers. The classes are once a week, and teachers are trained by management consultants, at no cost by the company for this teaching. There are 40 classes for the year, with 20 at school followed by 20 at home.
Parents and teachers are important in making career decisions.
Teachers work with GELS Choice, a very thin volume of great well researched material.
Parents work with GELS Career Album, an activity by children.
GELS Choice and GELS Career Album for each student and posters for the school are developed and supplied by GELS.
GELS conducts a career fair at the end of the year to display the children projects and their career albums.
The program is a school based program and interested schools are invited to write to us or meet us.
